There is no parking discount or separate validation process for events at the Convention Center.

The rates for the garages are $2/hour, with a $12 daily max. Charges are enforced 24/7.

Individual Registration

$90.00

Includes on meal ticket ( Options: Beef, Seafood, Vegetarian)
Discounted $55 price for State employees.
Price increases to $100.00 after September 16th.

Sponsorship Registration

$225.00

Includes one complimentary registration, Organization Name/Logo displayed in Supersession program and one presentation slide shown at the event.
Price increases to $300.00 after September 16th.

 

Exhibitor Registration

$350.00

Includes display table in the exhibitor area, one complimentary registration, Organization Name/Logo displayed in Supersession program and one presentation slide shown at the event.
Price increases to $400.00 after September 16th.

Reserve a Table

$850.00

Includes ten registrations, Organization name on table at a preferred location provided on a first come first serve basis. Become a Sponsor for an additional $150 and have your Organization Name / Logo displayed in Supersession program and one presentation slide shown at the event.
Price increases to $900.00 after September 16th.

What are the other forms of payment? 

ASCE West Coast Branch can’t accept direct credit card payments so we have to go through Paypal, or you can send a check so we can deposit it.  

When you pay through Paypal, you will be routed to the Paypal website which gives you an option to submit a credit payment to us as a guest. Please let us know if you need any assistance getting through the payment.

How can I modify my reservation?

Unfortunately, once submitted, registration cannot be changed. However, you can still email us (webmaster@asce-wcb.org) any changes that you would need to be made.

 

We are exhibiting/sponsoring at the supersession, do we get a a banquet ticket?

Yes. One banquet ticket is give with every exhibitor/sponsor purchase.
Unless you are sponsoring with table. then 10 seat are with the purchase.

Is there a discount for state employees?

Yes. State employees pay $55 for individual prices.
